I am a recent graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, where I obtained an Associate Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts and graduated in December 2021.  

 

I have been told by my family that I have been fascinated with food since I was born.  When other kids were watching cartoons, I was watching The Food Network.  When I was 8 I started baking on my own but from box mixes. Then at 13, I started baking from scratch and developing my own recipes. Now I am 19 and I am still pursuing my passion, but now I am doing so at The CIA.
